My Story

Being active has been a core part of my life since childhood. I grew up playing sports and carried that love for fitness into early adulthood. But it wasn’t until COVID—and the painful loss of my father in 2020—that I discovered something deeper during my time at the gym.

Instead of chasing a goal like fitting into a bikini for summer, I started working out simply to feel good. And the more I focused on feeling good, the stronger I became—inside and out. At the time, I didn’t fully realize it, but my commitment to strength training grounded me in a new, unshakable belief: No matter what life brings, I’ve got this. I can handle it. I’m strong.

Before long, I recognized how much my mindset had shifted—and I felt called to pay it forward. Becoming a personal trainer was my way of helping as many people as possible build that same strength from the inside out. Today, I support my clients in making strength training not just a weekly habit, but a practice that transforms how they feel and how they show up in their lives every day.
